Managed GTM

You know what you sell. Nobody has time to sell it.

Managed GTM includes the Pro platform, up to 900 intent signals a month, with senior GTM engineers running outbound for you: the target list, sequences with copy you approve, reply handling to a qualified conversation, and a weekly report. €5,900 per month, with a six-month minimum.

Managed GTM workflow: Queast finds accounts, prepares outreach, sends and handles replies; you approve copy, take conversations and close. A weekly report tracks the work.
Managed GTM Workflow

Weekly operating model

One motion. Two clear owners.

Queast

Find, prepare, send, reply

Maintains the engine and configuration. Builds and refreshes the target list. Drafts the sequences. Sends on your domains. Handles replies and passes qualified conversations to your team.

You

Approve, converse, close

Approve the copy before it goes out in your name. Take the conversations we hand over. Run the meetings. Own the pipeline and the close.

  • Weekly handoff: We pass qualified conversations to your sales team. You update us on how they progress, including which deals you win or lose.
  • Operating boundary: We generate and qualify. You sell. Nobody at Queast closes business in your name.

Why this exists

The missing piece was never the data. It was the operator.

Relevant accounts still need someone to work them. Managed GTM supplies the people to build the target list, prepare approved outreach, handle replies and keep the work moving while your team owns the sales conversations.

Operators

Senior people run the motion

The people running your motion are senior GTM engineers and operators from the team behind Queast.

East experience

Built in the markets you sell to

Queast grew from East’s sales research. East connects Nordic buyers with Eastern European IT talent, giving the team direct experience of these markets.

The engagement

The full engine, operated

The Pro platform and the people to run it are included. Repetitive work is automated; targeting, claims, approval, and replies remain human decisions.

  • 01 · Delivery against up to 900 intent signals a month Your engagement runs on the Queast Pro platform, included in the price. The maximum volume we work on your behalf is 900 intent signals a month.
  • 02 · A target list built for you Companies in a live buying motion, matched to what you deliver, in the markets you sell into. Built against your capability profile, not exported from a database.
  • 03 · Onboarding and GTM Audit Your funnel baseline, your real ICP, your messages and claims, your sending setup and compliance, and the plan built from it. The document stays yours.
  • 04 · Configure targeting for one or two verticals We start with one or two verticals so targeting and messages address a specific group of buyers. We review the response before widening the focus.
  • 05 · Automation for repetitive work only Sequencing, enrichment, list hygiene, and reporting run automatically. Which company to approach and what to say stays a human decision, made by someone senior. We are not selling you an unsupervised agent.
  • 06 · Sequenced outreach with copy you approve Nothing goes out in your name unseen. In Germany, our outreach uses LinkedIn only.
  • 07 · Reply handling to a qualified conversation We handle the reply thread until there is a real conversation, then hand it to you with the full context.
  • 08 · A report and client review every week, a handover if you leave The lists, the copy, the playbook, the data. It is in the contract, not a courtesy.
  • 09 · KPIs calibrated together in month one Coverage and delivery commitments are contractual from day one. We use your market’s reply data to set and refine performance targets.

Timeline

The first 90 days

The first three months cover onboarding, setup, campaign launch and review. The engagement has a six-month minimum term.

  1. The Audit

    Weeks 1–2

We review your existing clients, target customers, messages and sending setup with your team before building the campaigns.

  2. The Build

    Weeks 3–4

Signals and scoring configured for your verticals. Sending infrastructure prepared on your domains. Target list reviewed with you. Copy approved by you.

  3. Live

    Month 2

Sequences running. Replies worked into qualified conversations. A one-page report every week: what went out, what came back, what is booked, what we changed.

  4. Calibration

    Month 3

KPIs set against your market's actual reply data. Monthly review: what the evidence says about your ICP, your message and your verticals, and what we adjust next.

Your side of the line

You keep the parts that are yours

  • Copy Nothing goes out in your name that you have not seen.
  • Conversations We hand over a qualified conversation with its context. You run it.
  • Pipeline Your CRM, your forecast, your close.
  • The build Lists, copy, playbook and data are yours, and stay if the engagement ends.

What we will not promise

Three things we will not sell you

Agree what we each own before the work starts. These boundaries apply throughout the engagement.

No. 01

No meeting quotas

A provider paid per meeting has no reason to turn down a bad one. We will not put ourselves in that position.

No. 02

No sales guarantees

We run the engine and the operations. Your offer, your market, and your close rate decide the rest, and we do not control those.

No. 03

No autonomous sending

A person approves the copy. A person handles the replies. In Germany, our outreach uses LinkedIn only.

The real comparison

This replaces a hire, not a tool

Most companies weighing Managed GTM are weighing a hire: a GTM engineer, a senior SDR, a business development lead. That comparison is the honest one.

Discuss Managed GTM on a readiness call
  • Salary, recruiting, ramp, tooling, and management A hire needs salary, recruiting time, onboarding, tools, data and management. Compare that full cost with the service scope: the Pro platform, a senior delivery team, approved outreach and reply handling. Your team still owns sales conversations and closing.

Managed GTM

€5,900 per month, all in

With the platform alone, your team runs outbound. Co-Managed GTM supports your operator. Managed GTM includes the team that runs outreach and handles replies.

  • Pro platform included
  • Senior team included
  • No setup fee

Capacity and fit

We work with a small number of clients each quarter

This is senior-delivered work, so the number we can run well is small, and we would rather say so. If the quarter is full, we will tell you when the next slot opens.

It fits

A clear offer and room to deliver

You sell people, teams or delivery capacity into the UK, Germany or the Nordics. Your offer is clear, you can deliver new work, and you can take the conversations we generate.

Start elsewhere

The offer or owner needs a different next step

Managed GTM needs a clear offer and capacity to deliver new work. If you already have someone running outbound, Co-Managed GTM supports that operator with the platform, target lists and copy frameworks.

How it starts

Three steps, and the first one is free

  1. A readiness call

    20 minutes

Three questions: what you sell, where you sell it, and who owns outbound today. If the answers say this is not for you, we will say so on that call.

  2. A sample signal from your market

    Within 24 hours

Get a free signal for the Nordics, the UK or Germany and judge its relevance to your business.

  3. Managed GTM onboarding

    Then delivery

We agree the scope and prepare your targeting, messages and sending setup. Managed GTM is €5,900 per month, with no setup fee and a six-month minimum.

FAQ

Questions before you decide

Who actually does the work?

Senior GTM engineers and operators from the team behind Queast. Delivery runs in our workspace on your behalf; your lists, copy, playbook, and data stay yours and come with you in the handover pack.

What do you need from us?

One owner on your side for weekly review and copy approval, about an hour a week, plus the delivery capacity to take the conversations we generate.

What happens at the end?

You keep the handover pack. If you want to keep the engine, the platform relationship continues on its own subscription: the license is itemized precisely so that it can outlive the service.

Can we assess the fit before committing?

Yes. The free signal lets you assess the relevance of the account information, and the free readiness assessment helps identify the operating support you need. Managed GTM has a six-month minimum.

Why is this more expensive than an AI SDR tool?

Managed GTM includes the people who select accounts, prepare copy for your approval, run outreach and handle replies. The Pro platform supports that work. You are paying for the operating team as well as the software.
