GTM Audit

Find the constraint before you pay to fix the wrong thing.

Two weeks. We find out whether ownership, your ICP and offer, your messages, your infrastructure, or your measurement is holding back outbound. You get a scored baseline and a 90-day plan in priority order.

Illustrative GTM Audit scorecard covering five review areas and a 90-day priority plan.

Scope

Five areas, in two weeks

The point is not to generate more opinions. It is to compare what the team believes with the evidence the current motion leaves behind. The result: A scored baseline across the five areas, so you know which one is worst rather than which one is loudest in the meeting

  • 01 · Ownership and process Who owns account selection, approval, outreach, follow-up and measurement, and where that chain breaks.
  • 02 · ICP and offer The target you describe, compared against the clients you actually win.
  • 03 · Messages and claims Your site, decks, and sequences: specificity, consistency, unsupported claims, and evidence gaps.
  • 04 · Infrastructure and channels Domains, deliverability, sending setup, and market compliance, including Germany’s UWG constraints.
  • 05 · Measurement and handover What is recorded, what cannot be reconstructed, and where activity loses its context on the way to sales follow-up.

Timeline

Evidence first. Priorities second.

  1. Access and interviews

    Days 1–3

We agree what we can look at, then talk to the people who run and own the motion today.

  2. Evidence

    Days 4–7

Your funnel data, your CRM records, your sequences, your sending setup, your won-client list, your public materials.

  3. Analysis

    Days 8–9

Findings separated from interpretation. Where the evidence does not support a conclusion, we say so instead of filling the gap.

  4. The working session

    Day 10

We walk your team through the findings and the plan, argue about it, and you keep the document.

Standalone engagement

€2,950 one-time

You receive a documented baseline and a 90-day plan your team can use. The audit is a standalone engagement, with no ongoing service commitment.

One-time fee

€2,950

The complete GTM Audit, from the initial review to the findings session.

Minimum term

Two weeks

Time to review your outbound, score the baseline and prioritise the plan.

Yours to keep

Baseline and 90-day plan

Use the findings with your own team. There is no requirement to buy another service.

Our promise

Sometimes the finding is "do not buy anything yet"

If the findings show you should fix ownership internally before spending on outbound, the audit will say so. The plan prioritises the work your team needs to address.

Fit

Worth it when you cannot name the constraint

  • It fits when You know outbound is underperforming, but you do not know why. Before you spend on a hire, an agency or a tool, you want to know which problem it needs to solve.
  • It does not fit when You already know what is broken and need capacity to fix it. The audit diagnoses the problem; it does not run your outbound.
  • A lighter first step The GTM Readiness Assessment is free, takes five to seven minutes and gives you a directional read. The audit is the full version, with humans, evidence and a plan.

FAQ

Questions

Who from our team will Queast need to talk to?

Whoever owns outbound today, whoever writes the copy, and whoever sees the numbers. Usually two or three people, an hour each.

What will Queast need access to?

Your funnel or CRM data, your sequences and sending setup, your public materials, and your won-client list. We agree the exact list before we start.

Do we have to buy anything afterwards?

No. Most of the value is in the document, and the document is yours.

What if our data is a mess, or we don't have a CRM?

That is a finding, not a blocker. We work with what exists and interviews fill the gaps.

How is this different from the free assessment?

The assessment is thirteen scored questions you answer yourself, and it gives you a band and a direction. The audit is two weeks of people looking at your actual data and telling you what to do about it.

Discuss a GTM Audit

Two weeks is cheaper than a wrong quarter.
