Daily Workbench

Keep your next sales action in view

Daily Planner is your daily workbench in Queast. It brings due outreach tasks together with company and contact context, so you can see what needs doing next. Carry out the action in your own tools, then record the result. Available in workspaces with Daily Planner enabled.

Choose your work

Choose the accounts and people to pursue

Review available accounts, job ads and suggested contacts together. Choose your targets and an outreach sequence; Queast then prepares the steps for your workbench.

  1. Select accounts or job ads

Start with one of the available accounts or job ads. The review includes company details and suggested contacts so you can assess the target before adding it.

  2. Choose the people

Include or exclude suggested contacts for each target. Your selection determines who is included when the outreach work starts.

  3. Choose a sequence and launch

Compare outreach sequences, called pipelines in the launch review. Options use LinkedIn alone or alongside email. Choose a sequence and launch your selection to load its steps into Daily Planner.

Due work

Work through the channel you’re using

Start with Today or switch to a focused queue for messages, LinkedIn actions or calls. Grouping the work by channel saves you from sorting the same task list each time you change tools.

Explore message preparation
  • Today See the current due step and its place in the outreach sequence. Filter by due state or channel, and open company information or contact details from the task.
  • Today’s LinkedIn actions Open the contact’s profile from a visit, connection or connection-check task. Complete the action in LinkedIn, then update the task in Queast.
  • Today’s messages to send See due message steps and open a draft in the Messaging composer. Message preparation stays close to the task; you control the final text and send it outside Queast.
  • Today’s call list When call steps are enabled and phone data is available, open your calling app from the task. The call takes place outside Queast.

Record the result

Leave a record with the task

Mark an action done, snooze it until tomorrow, or skip to the next step. The Done view shows what happened, who recorded it and when, keeping the history with the work instead of in separate notes.

An example: record a connection request

Illustrative workflow for a contact you have selected.

  1. Open the due action

A Connect task shows the selected contact’s LinkedIn profile link and company.

  2. Send the request in LinkedIn

Open the profile and send the connection request yourself.

  3. Return and mark Done

Record that you completed the connection-request action. The Done view keeps that record; it does not mean the person accepted or replied.
