Co-Managed GTM

Keep your operator. Plug in the engine.

You already have someone running outbound: a BD person, an SDR, or a founder who puts in the hours. Co-Managed GTM gives them the full Queast engine and a senior team behind them, so their week goes into conversations instead of list-building.

Co-Managed GTM workflow: Queast configures the engine, supplies signals and copy frameworks, and optimises monthly; your operator chooses accounts, sends and has the conversations.
Co-Managed GTM Workflow

Monthly operating model

One motion. Two clear owners.

Queast

Supply, maintain, optimize

Configures and maintains the engine. Ranks the signals and builds the target lists. Writes the copy frameworks. Watches deliverability. Runs the monthly optimization cycle with your operator.

Your operator

Choose, send, converse, close

Chooses which accounts to work. Adapts every message and sends it. Has the conversations, books the meetings, owns the pipeline.

  • Monthly handoff: Your operator shares what went out and what came back. We change the targeting and the frameworks based on the numbers.
  • Operating boundary: Queast never contacts your market in your name. Everything that reaches a buyer goes through your operator.

The problem this solves

The execution was never the weak part. The inputs were.

Most outbound operators lose their week before the first message goes out: building lists by hand, guessing which accounts are worth it, rewriting copy that is not landing, fighting deliverability, and wondering whether the targeting or the message is the problem, with no one to compare notes with.

Your operator

Execution stays with your person

They know your business and own the relationships. Co-Managed GTM fixes what reaches them and leaves the market-facing work where it belongs.

Queast GTM Team

Someone to compare notes with

The same senior GTM engineers who run Managed GTM sit behind your operator every month: what worked, what did not, what changes next.

The engagement

Your person executes. We supply everything behind them.

The Pro platform and a senior team work as one layer behind your operator. Repetitive work is automated, choosing accounts, writing to people, and replying stay with your operator.

  • 01 · Delivery against up to 900 intent signals a month Included in the price, configured for your capabilities and markets. Your operator starts from a ranked, evidence-backed feed instead of a blank search bar.
  • 02 · Signal and ICP configuration We set up and maintain the scoring, technologies, keywords and markets, starting with one or two verticals and widening as results come in.
  • 03 · Target lists, built and refreshed Companies in a live buying motion, matched to what you deliver, with the decision-makers attached.
  • 04 · Copy frameworks Sequence structures and message frameworks built from the evidence, in your voice. Your operator adapts them and keeps the final say on every message.
  • 05 · Deliverability oversight Domains, warm-up, volumes, and channel rules are watched by people who do this daily. In Germany, outreach uses LinkedIn only, in line with UWG.
  • 06 · A monthly optimization cycle Every month we sit down with your operator: what went out, what came back, which targeting and messages worked, and what changes next. The numbers decide, not opinions.
  • 07 · Onboarding, no setup fee Workspace, configuration and the first list set up with your operator in the first weeks.

Timeline

The first 90 days

Onboarding, configuration, a first live month, and the first optimization cycle.

  1. Onboarding

    Weeks 1–2

We review your clients, target accounts, messages and sending setup with your operator.

  2. Configuration

    Weeks 3–4

Signals and scoring set for one or two verticals. The first target list and copy frameworks are handed to your operator.

  3. Live

    Month 2

Your operator works the ranked feed, adapts the frameworks, and sends. Deliverability is watched in the background.

  4. First optimization

    Month 3

The first full monthly review: what went out, what came back, and what we change in targeting and copy for the next month.

Where your operator works

Start from a ranked, reviewable feed, not a blank search bar

Job Signals give your operator job ads targeted to your offering and market, with company context and contacts for account preparation. Smart Signals add recommendations matched to what you deliver and whom you sell to, with the reasons behind each recommendation and suggested next steps. Your operator has the context to choose a contact and adapt the message with less separate research.

  1. Signals and context

Evidence-backed recommendations keep the reason an account surfaced visible.

  2. Every message

Your operator adapts and sends it. Nothing reaches a buyer that they have not chosen to send.

  3. The conversations

Replies, meetings and follow-up stay with the person who owns the relationship.

  4. The pipeline

Your CRM, your forecast, your close.

It fits

Your operator needs better inputs and feedback

You have one committed outbound owner, sell people, teams or delivery capacity into the UK, Germany or the Nordics, and the constraint is inputs—not willingness.

It does not fit

Nobody owns outbound

Without an operator, Co-Managed GTM becomes a subscription nobody works. Start with Managed GTM, or take the assessment if you are not sure.

FAQ

Questions before you decide

Does my operator need technical skills?

No. If they can work a CRM and hold a conversation, the platform will not be the hard part. Weekly reviews give your operator regular access to senior support.

Can we switch to Managed GTM later, or down to the platform?

Yes, both directions, and the configuration carries over. The ladder is designed for movement.

Do you review our messages?

We supply the frameworks and review performance with your operator each week. Day to day, your operator writes and sends. If you want us to handle every message, that is Managed GTM.

How does onboarding start?

We configure the workspace with your operator and prepare the first target list and message frameworks together. Onboarding is included in the service price.
